My name is Lucy, everyone calls me Luce and I am excited to bring my extensive experience and passion for fitness to help you achieve your goals.
PASSIONATE
I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness.
DEDICATED
For the past 24 years, I have dedicated myself to the world of fitness, training in a variety of ways to find the best methods that work for different lifestyles. For the last three years, I have immersed myself in the world of CrossFit, competing several times a year to continually push my own limits and expand my knowledge by finally undertaking my L3 PT qualification. I have also participated in HYROX races in Birmingham and London, experiencing firsthand the intense physical and mental challenges these events present.
Deep Understanding
With two decades of experience in public services and a deep understanding of shift work, I am uniquely positioned to support and understand the challenges you face in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and your overall well being! I know the demands and challenges of the jobs, the hard days, the late finishes, the grab and go rubbish food and the missing special dates throughout the year and how impactive this is!
